Acceptance of Agreement

This constitutes the entire agreement between you and HelpAI, superseding prior agreements. This Agreement may be updated at any time without notice. Your continued use of the platform confirms your acceptance of the current Terms of Use.

Platform Purpose

HelpAI is designed to connect users with AI assistance, freelance opportunities, clients, service providers, advertisers, public profiles, classifieds, and related platform tools. Some services may be automated, some may involve human users, and some may combine both.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your information accurate, and using the platform lawfully. You may not impersonate others, misuse another account, or use HelpAI for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

Jobs, Applications, and Agreements

Clients may post jobs and review applicants. Freelancers may apply to opportunities and receive agreement proposals. HelpAI provides tools for agreement proposals, acceptance, completion requests, completion confirmation, and verified reviews. Users are responsible for reviewing all agreement details before accepting or completing work.

Payments Between Clients and Freelancers

HelpAI does not process payments between clients and freelancers for project agreements. Any payment terms, method, timing, and delivery expectations should be agreed upon directly by the parties. Users should save copies of agreements and use good judgment before making outside payments.

AI Assistance

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for certain situations. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. HelpAI does not guarantee that AI assistance will solve every request or replace professional advice.

Verified Reviews

Verified reviews may be connected to completed HelpAI agreements. Users may not submit false, abusive, misleading, or manipulated reviews. HelpAI may remove reviews that violate platform rules or appear fraudulent.

Public Freelancer Profiles

Users may choose to enable public freelancer profiles. Public profiles may display safe public information such as display name, profile photo, primary service, bio, skills, ratings, and verified reviews. Users should not post sensitive personal information in public profile fields.

Advertising, Classifieds, and Sponsored Content

HelpAI may offer paid ads, classifieds, keyword sponsorships, sponsored listings, dashboard placements, and other promotional products. Advertising purchases may be subject to review, availability, and approval. HelpAI may reject or remove ads that violate platform standards or applicable law.

Memberships and Founder Offers

Memberships, lifetime offers, Founder benefits, AI credits, badges, and beta access features may change as the platform develops. HelpAI may update feature availability, benefit descriptions, or beta access rules over time.

Copyright

The content, graphics, design, logos, and platform materials of HelpAI are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including jobs, applications, messages, reviews, profile information, ads, classifieds, and other materials. You grant HelpAI permission to display and process your submitted content as needed to operate the platform.

Deleting and Modification

We reserve the right to edit, hide, remove, or delete content, features, listings, profiles, ads, reviews, or platform functionality at our discretion, including this Agreement, without notice.

Contests, Giveaways, and Promotions

Any contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, or other promotions made available through the site may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Use. If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotion rules will apply.

• Eligibility: To enter any promotion, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• No Purchase Necessary: No payment, fee, or purchase of any kind is required to enter or win any promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
• Compliance: All promotions are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelpAI, its staff, owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the site, your submitted content, your transactions with other users, or your violation of this Agreement.

Disclaimer

HelpAI is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties. We are not liable for damages, losses, errors, delays, missed opportunities, payment disputes, third-party conduct, or third-party services linked to or from the site.

Third-Party Websites and Services

We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, content, terms, or policies of third-party sites, products, services, jobs, offers, ads, or payments involving third-party vendors or users.

Email Communication

By using HelpAI, you agree to receive service-related emails, account notices, payment-related notices, updates, and security messages. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails where available.

General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, USA. All disputes must be filed in the courts of Calhoun County, Alabama, or the appropriate U.S. District Court serving the area.
