You can browse parts of HelpAI without an account, but you need an account to apply for jobs, post jobs, manage agreements, leave reviews, edit your profile, or access dashboard tools.

Start in your dashboard. The HelpAI Growth Center gives you a checklist such as completing your profile, adding a profile picture, enabling your public profile, applying for jobs, posting work, and earning verified reviews.

Freelancers can complete a profile, enable a public freelancer page, browse jobs, apply to opportunities, receive agreement proposals from clients, complete projects, and build reputation through verified reviews.

HelpAI is designed around zero freelancer platform commission. Freelancers and clients are responsible for agreeing to payment terms directly because HelpAI does not process freelancer payments.

Go to your profile page, set a public slug, enable your public profile, then copy your public profile link. Your dashboard also shows a public profile shortcut when your profile is ready.

Clients can post a job, review applicants, choose a freelancer, send an agreement proposal, wait for the freelancer to accept, then manage the project through completion and review.

A job remains open while an agreement is pending. Once a freelancer accepts the agreement, the job moves into progress and closes to new applicant actions.

Yes. A client may receive multiple applications. The client chooses who to send an agreement to. The project becomes active only after the selected freelancer accepts.

The client sends an agreement proposal to a freelancer. The freelancer reviews and accepts. Once accepted, the project becomes active. After work is done, the freelancer requests completion and the client confirms completion.

No. HelpAI does not process payments between clients and freelancers. Payment arrangements should be handled directly between both parties according to the agreement terms.

Yes. Both parties should print, download, or save a copy of the agreement for their records.

Verified reviews are connected to completed HelpAI agreements. A user can only review after the agreement has reached the completed status.

Yes. After completion, the client can review the freelancer and the freelancer can review the client. Each side can submit one review per completed agreement.

Verified reviews update the user's rating count and average rating. Freelancer reviews can also appear on their private profile and public freelancer profile if public profiles are enabled.

A public freelancer profile is a shareable HelpAI page showing safe public information such as display name, profile photo, primary service, bio, skills, rating, and verified reviews.

Go to your profile page, add your public profile slug, check the public profile option, and save your profile. Then use the View Public Profile or Copy Link button.

Public profiles should not expose email, phone number, account settings, payment information, dashboard controls, admin tools, or private user details.

AI help can support everyday questions, business tasks, writing, ideas, planning, troubleshooting, career support, and other practical assistance. Some needs may still require a real freelancer or service provider.

No. HelpAI is built around AI plus human help. Some users need fast AI guidance, while others need freelancers, job opportunities, advertisers, or service providers.

Yes. HelpAI supports advertising opportunities such as premium job posts, classified listings, timeline ads, pinned timeline ads, daily sponsorships, keyword sponsorships, and dashboard ads.
