HelpAI may store job posts, job applications, agreement terms, agreement status, completion requests, completion confirmations, review ratings, review text, timestamps, and related user IDs needed to operate the marketplace workflow. Verified reviews may be displayed on profiles or public pages where applicable.

5. AI Help Requests and Usage Data

When you use AI-powered features, HelpAI may process prompts, requests, generated responses, usage counts, plan limits, rewards progress, and related metadata. AI output should be reviewed by the user before relying on it.

6. Payments and Memberships

HelpAI may collect payment-related records such as payment type, invoice ID, amount, payment status, membership status, Founder status, classified ad purchase details, advertising purchase details, and timestamps. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as PayPal. HelpAI does not store full payment card details.
